Detailed Reference Checks

An essential component of our background checks is Reference Checking.

Our compliance staff will make contact with each referee directly by e-mail or phone which must be at the referee’s place of work. The candidate work relationships are validated and a detailed Reference check is carried out.

Some companies are reluctant to give detailed information on previous employees or have H.R. policies not to give detailed references, however our experienced reference checking staff will acquire all possible information and all referee comments are documented including “no comment “reasons.
